Champagne-Dijon Vinaigrette 4 May 2011 This vinaigrette is  modified from a salad recipe I ran across years ago, I cannot remember where or when, and at this point I do not think it really matters. All I know is that it dresses lettuces beautifully and is great for dipping vegetables.
